Jorge
FalcÓn is a practising lawyer in business and commercial
law in Gran Canaria, Spain and a practising mediator.

Jorge
graduated in Law at La Laguna University (Canary Islands.
Spain). He obtained the Diploma in Shipping Law at
U.C.L. University of London in 1992. Thereafter he
worked industry in the maritime and international
commercial fields until 1995 when he moved back to
Las Palmas to practise law. He teaches the Masters
course in Shipping law and International Trade at
Colegio de Abogados de Las Palmas.

Jorge
trained as family mediator in 1999 and was accredited by CEDR
in 2002. Jorge is presently pioneering commercial mediation
in mainland Spain, the Canary Islands and other Spanish speaking
countries under the auspices of ACI along with Hugh Caldin..Jorge
lives in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria and is available for mediations
through ACI, both in Spanish and English.
